	Building Passive and Energy Efficient Houses Passive House Builders Ltd. offer customers a choice of three building systems, which include Block Build, Timber Frame structure and ICF (Insulated Concrete Form). 	Passive House Certification The Passivhaus House Institute in Darmstad, Germany certifies Passive houses and appoints the external certifiers. PHB understand and know how to achieve the demands of building a Passive house. We have been trained in using PHPP, therefore we know where all the figures comes from and in turn we know where the mistakes can be made on the building of a Passive house too.
